The science and technology museum is operated by Ingenium and provides help to the public to be aware of science and technological history.

What is an Ingenium?
The Ingenium supervise the museums associated with agriculture and food, Aviation and space, science and technology. Its headquarters is situated in Ontario. It works under the ministry of Canadian heritage
All these museums also attached with Canadian heritage information network and Canadian museum association. It is an interesting to know that agency has only 300 employees to look after the these museums.
The department was created in 1990 when the museums act was passed by the parliament. The president and CEO leads the department while board of directors also provide suggestions.
An online web portal is also designed to share working documents and future plans. A TV film “how to build a museum for the 21st century” also released in 2018.
