Job Summary:
- Organize and give pay and benefits assistance by counseling, documenting, and informing workers and by implementing plans and guidelines.
- Study and examine case-specific data and report by verifying the terms of legislation/regulation, payment, as well as protection plans, strategies, ideas, programs, directives, corporate deals, and other governing officials and prepare reports.
- Coordinate the return of employee benefits and discounts by communicating with the other branches.
- Also analysis and evaluate Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) plans and guidance by securing their devotion to CSIS where needed.
- Examine and change case-specific knowledge and data with partners and delegates of federal and outside companies, such as insurance and economic groups, and with clients ‘agents to promote and determine specific concerns and issues.Â
- Give counseling and direction to workers of all levels, their families, and agents on different choices available in many positions.Â
- Design and manage a workload by effectively reaching deadlines, setting preferences, leading confirmation, and ensuring the correctness of data.
- Initiate steps such as leaves, payments, promotions, shift actions, pension, and security plans by collecting data from a variety of experts and decide/account entitlements, options, and duties by preparing and publishing data, reports, and replies.Â
- Take part in projects by giving input such as policy reform initiatives, growth, testing, and implementation of our inner human resources policies.
