The Courts administration service(CAS) Canada is a state-owned national office. It was organized in 2003 below the court services law. It operates below the bureau of justice and the attorney officer of Canada.

The agency gives management services to the national appellate court, martial appeal tribunal, and tax court. These settings allow customers to present their dispute-related concerns to the court as well as enable the courts to solve matters efficiently.
