- Co-ordinate and partake in choosing and reviewing panels to assess candidates
- Report applicants of the outcomes of the selection method and ready job offer
- Tell leaders and workers about staffing guidelines and instructions
- Schedule and help staff talk and grievance functions
- Select eligibility to entitlements and set team training
- Command personnel clerks serving filing, typing and record-keeping assignments
