Job description:
The candidate will be
- required to plan and conduct seminars, sessions, and all other related events.
- desired to record and check notes of sessions and seminars.
- hoped to design and execute office systems and routines.
- able to schedule and conduct appointments with vendors
- in charge of replying to calls and forwarding messages.
- demanded to gather facts, statistics, and relevant data.
- expected to arrange journeys, related itineraries, and complete reservations
- answerable for the opening of emails, either sending or receiving and other material like information flow coordination.
- desired to initiate and keep up manual and online info filing systems.
- in charge of proofreading and typing documents and other forms.
Job requirements:
