Requirements:
- Practice in the plan, implementation, or supervision of a project that shows your expertise in one of the following engineering disciplines: Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Structural, and broad knowledge of at least two of the others.

- Experience in business budgets, lease administration, dealings of tenders and agreements.

- Experience in evaluating designs and giving technical guidance in an engineering specialty relevant to the position.
- Expertise in PS module and the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS)
- Experience operating with the National Defence.

The office of national defense is a state-owned agency of the state. It operates and reports to the ministry of national defense. It is also responsible for shielding the country’s concerns nationally and internationally.
DND is also known as the largest office in the country in terms of workers, budget, and several buildings. A senior civil servant officer heads the office and reports to the elected consul.
