Duties:

Royal Canadian Mint (RCM) is hiring a Network Administrator who can grow in a productive and inclusive environment. The incumbent reports to the Senior Manager(IT operations) and supports team members to help with business solutions based on allowed architectural models.

The Network Administrator actively helps RCM actions by documenting demands, visiting meetings, and reporting growth.

Experience and skills:
  • Experience in managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting system networks, especially LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Practice with DNS, VPN, routing, switching, and routing rules.
  • Knowledge of IT rules for working;
  • Proficiency in the following software preferred: MS Active Directory, MS PowerShell, and the MS System
  • Management Suite, including Operations and Configuration.
  • Information and use of Solarwinds for managing network review;
  • Knowledge of IPs and reliable mail and web gateway
